pkid Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkid platform — including the website, Android APK, and all associated services — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the pkid Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pkid platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pkid. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pkid reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and any deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source at pkid's sole discretion.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and operate only one pkid account. Accounts are non-transferable. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkid may, without prior notice, merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and pending bets.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

pkid's services are available to players who access the platform through permitted channels. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pkid is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkid does not warrant or represent that its services are legal in any particular location and accepts no liability for your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting may be restricted.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a pkid account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Security & Verification (KYC)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkid login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. pkid will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

pkid conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as required. Before processing withdrawals, pkid may require you to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. pkid reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until satisfactory verification documents are received. KYC is a regulatory and fraud-prevention measure and is not negotiable.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkid currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. pkid reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on pkid is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the pkid Cashier at the time of transaction. Players may set voluntary lower deposit limits through pkid's responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by pkid's finance team during operational hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically completed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution. pkid reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same pkid account or to a method linked to the verified account identity. pkid reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not satisfy KYC or anti-money-laundering requirements.

4.5 Currency

All pkid account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players depositing via international methods (e.g., Skrill, USDT) acknowledge that exchange rate conversions apply at prevailing rates, and pkid is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on pkid are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. pkid reserves the right to void bets where a market was offered in error, where a bet was placed after the relevant event had commenced (for pre-match markets), or where system or data feed errors occurred. In the event of a dispute, pkid's decision regarding the outcome of a bet is final.

For live casino and slot games, each game operates according to its individual game rules published by the respective software provider. pkid is not responsible for disconnections or technical issues occurring on the player's side during a live game session. Incomplete game rounds may be resolved in accordance with provider recovery rules.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pkid offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game contribution rates as published in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully met. pkid reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to decline or claw back a bonus where abuse is detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkid and may result in immediate account termination, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI assistance to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or poker hands.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes. Any winnings obtained through exploitation may be voided.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses.
• Using pkid for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract pkid's source code or proprietary data.

8. Responsible Gaming

pkid is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the platform's deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools, all accessible via account settings. If you believe you have a gambling problem, activate self-exclusion immediately and seek support from a professional responsible gaming service.

pkid enforces strict 18+ age verification. Players who self-exclude from pkid must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed and any deposits returned.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkid platform — including but not limited to the pkid brand, logo, website design, software, game assets, and written content — is the intellectual property of pkid or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from pkid content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkid and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkid platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data loss, or unauthorized account access. pkid's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's pkid account at the time of the claim.

pkid does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily suspend access to some or all pkid services.

11. Termination & Suspension

pkid may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close any player account where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where required by applicable law or regulation, or at a player's own request. Upon termination for cause, pkid reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding violations, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkid is licensed and operated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of pkid that cannot be resolved through pkid's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the relevant licensing authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body as specified in pkid's licensing terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pkid reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the pkid platform, at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of pkid after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
