pkid Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

pkid ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players who use the pkid platform, including the website at pkid.app and the pkid Android application. 3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations, pkid may collect and retain: a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back image); a selfie or live photo for identity matching; and any additional documentation requested during enhanced due diligence.

3.3 Financial Data

pkid collects transaction records associated with your account, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and payment method identifiers (e.g., masked JazzCash or Easypaisa mobile numbers, and bank account reference numbers). pkid does not store full payment card numbers or mobile banking PINs.

3.4 Gaming & Betting Activity Data

We record your betting and gaming activity on pkid, including bets placed, game sessions, wagering history, and bonus utilisation. This data is used for account management, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

3.5 Technical Data

No online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, pkid will notify affected players and relevant authorities as required by applicable law without undue delay.

11. Your Rights

As a pkid player, you have the following rights regarding your personal data, subject to applicable legal limitations:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data pkid holds about you.
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

The pkid platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. pkid does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered an account, we will immediately close the account, void any associated activity, and delete the personal data collected, except where retention is required for fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.

13. Changes to This Policy

pkid may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, technology, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of pkid after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
